If sources are to be believed the CP, Delhi is reportedly facing immense pressure to bring out the transfer posting list. It is said that  IPS officers from Spl CPs to DCP could be transferred in a big way but due to reported pulls and pressure the list is being stalled. Now the question is - who is behind this?.
